Re: Should be easy to spot....

They would have been given so many days to pay the impound fees etc and pick the car up before the police could claim it as theres

Re: Should be easy to spot....

Why should tax payers money go to buying new cars for the police if they can use perfectly good vehicles already bought with stolen money that were goin to be wasted anyway?

I think this is a great scheme.

Re: Should be easy to spot....

Nothing to with not paying impound fees, this looks like taken from criminals as part of powers of asset stripping when these items are clearly paid for my I'll gotten gains. No more flash car, play with fire get burnt. It's a publicity stunt and good PR showing that the bad guys do get caught at times.

Some company car eh.

Re: Should be easy to spot....

I agree, they probably have taken it as it was bought with laundered or stolen money, and yes a publicity stunt to say ...Whos the man ihh?
I agree with c cup tho why not use it if its costing them nothing?
How much more gutting would it be if it was yours and you got pulled by it few months down the line.... aaaaaakkk

Re: Should be easy to spot....

If they didnt make it look like a police car they would prob be able to get into the gang world more unnoticed using ex gangs car,lol

The spend too much on cars i reckon, cost of a car could easily be another guy in the job. Like whats the need for a 59 plate black 5 series about the paisley/Glasgow area.
